  • Pour the Jordan's Skinny sugar free caramel syrup into a large latte mug.
  • In an emersion blender cup, pour in the milk and heat it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds (until hot)
  • Using a frother, froth the milk until it has doubled in size and the top is very foamy.
  • Pour the hot brewed espresso into the latte mug over the syrup.
  • Add sweetener to the espresso mixture and stir.
  • Gently pour the steamed milk over the espresso mix, making sure to allow the foam to rest on top.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon over the top of the foamy milk.
  • Enjoy
