  • Add raspberries, sweetener, lemon juice and water in a small saucepan.
  • Simmer over medium heat.
  • Lightly mash the raspberries and simmer for a few more minutes.
  • If a thicker sauce is desired, add gelatin.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool.
