Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup Splenda sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the milk and stir.
  • Add the sweetener and mix well.
  • Bring to a simmer.
  • Whisk in the Xanthan Gum.
  • Simmer for about 30 minutes. It should be thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
