Ingredients

  • 1 package Sugar-Free Jello
  • 3/4 cup Sugar-Free Condensed Milk
  • 2 1/4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add jello powder to sugar-free condensed milk.
  • Mix well.
  • Add 2 cups of the coconut by spoonfuls, mixing as you go.
  • Roll into 20 equally sized balls
  • Pulse the remainder 1/4 cup of coconut in a food processor until it is finely ground (almost a powder)
  • Roll each ball in the ground coconut.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
