Preheat oven to (190 C) 375 °F
Whisk together, the flour, salt and baking powder and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter.
Add the egg followed by the vanilla extract and sweetener and continue mixing.
Add the yogurt and continue mixing until well combined.
Slowly add the dry ingredients, mixing well in between additions.
Stir in 1 cup of chopped strawberries to the batter.
