Makes one, !.5 pound Loaf (650 g)

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in the order listed in the recipe into thebread maker with the paddle already inserted.
  • Select the Whole Wheat program, crust colour and loaf size (1 1/2 pound).
  • Press Start.
  • Note** when the signal sounds after rising, you can remove the bread dough and knead, reshape and place into a bread pan for the second rise and bake in an oven.
  • Once baked, remove the loaf from the bread pan.
  • Slice even slices using a bread slicer.
