Ingredients

Sugar Free Black Cherry Jello

Jordan's Skinny Cherry Syrup

Instructions
Cherry Mix
Place pitted and chopped Sweet Dark Cherries and water into a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring the cherries to a boil and immediately reduce the heat to a simmer.
Sprinkle the sweetener over the cherries and still until dissolved.
Sprinkle the Jello powder over the cherries while continually stirring
Once the jello powder is fully dissolved and there are no lumps, simmer for a couple more minutes and then remove from heat.
Allow the cherry mixture to cool completely.
Making the Ice Cream
Mix both creams together and whisk.
Add the salt and Jordan's Skinny Syrup to the cream and whisk.
Pour the cream into the prepared freezer bowl of the ice cream maker.
Once the ice cream starts to thicken (about 10 minutes), add the cherry mixture, slowly, ensuring even distribution.
Allow the ice cream process to finish in the machine.
Serve or store in an airtight freezer container
