Ingredients

fresh cucumber - chopped

Grape Tomatoes - halved

Red Onion - chopped or thinly sliced.

Feta Cheese - crumbled

Black Olives - sliced or pitted
Dressing

Garlic - minced

Red Wine Vinegar

White Vinegar

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Oregano - dried
(or 1 tbsp fresh - chopped)

Dijon Mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl combine all salad ingredients and toss together.
In a separate bowl or dressing bottle combine the dressing ingredients.
Mix the dressing ingredients well and pour over the salad.
Stir the salad enough to the salad with the dressing.
Cover in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour, stirring periodically.
Serve cold.
