Preheat oven to 375. °F
Lightly grease mini muffin pan (or donut hole pans)and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, sift the King Arthur Keto Wheat flour twice.
Add the sweetener, salt, cinnamon, apple pie spice and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
In a separate large mixing bowl, cream the butter
Add the egg, followed by the milk and vanilla extract and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients while mixing.
Once mixed, stir in the grated apple.
Divide between 24 mini muffin tins or donut holes. Each cavity should be about 3/4 full. If using a mini donut pan, use a piping bag to fill the cavities. If using a donut hole pan use a small spoon.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
While cooling, mix the isomalt crystals and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Brush with Walden Farms syrup and immediately roll them in the cinnamon-isomalt mix.
Serve or place on a wire rack to dry.
