Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
  • Pour into a salad bottle and shake vigorously.
  • Chill for 25-30 minutes before serving.
  • Shake again before serving.

Notes

If you find the dressing too thick, add a tablespoon of water and mix well.
