Ingredients
1
pound
Fresh Asparagus
(freshly Grated)
1/3
cup
Parmesan Cheese
2
tbsp
Butter
2
cloves
Garlic
(minced)
pinch
salt
Instructions
Wash and trim the ends from the asparagus.
In a large saute pan (or skillet, melt the butter.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 30-45 seconds.
Add in the asparagus and rotate them to coat them with the garlic and butter.
Saute for about 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle the parmesan over the asparagus and rotate the pieces to cover.
When parmesan starts melting, remove the pan from the heat.
Serve immediately.
