Equipment

  • Grater
  • Saute Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Asparagus (freshly Grated)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • Wash and trim the ends from the asparagus.
  • In a large saute pan (or skillet, melt the butter.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 30-45 seconds.
  • Add in the asparagus and rotate them to coat them with the garlic and butter.
  • Saute for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan over the asparagus and rotate the pieces to cover.
  • When parmesan starts melting, remove the pan from the heat.
  • Serve immediately.
