Ingredients

  • 3 medium Zucchinis
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves - Minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese - freshly grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • pinch red pepper flakes - optional

Instructions

  • Using a spiralizerm spiralize the zucchini. Pat ith a paper towel or lay it on a wire rack to reduce moisture.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
  • Saute the minced garlic, just until fragrant. Do not burn
  • Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet. Toss gently to coat with garlic oil mixture.
  • Cook for 2 or 3 minutes and remove from the heat.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper, and fresh grated parmesan and toss to coat.
  • If desired, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Serve immediately.
