Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Onions - Finely Chopped
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Sugar Free Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Prepared Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 t Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 slices Keto Bread
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F
  • Toast all 4 slices of the keto bread.
  • In a food processor, pulse the keto toast into bread crumbs.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, onion, eggs,sugar free ketchup, prepared mustard, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  • Press into a loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the sauce ingredients.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the top.
  • Bake in oven for approximately 45 minutes.
  • Remove the meatloaf from the oven.
  • Allow to sit for 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
  • Remove the meatloaf from the pan, onto a cutting board.
  • Slice into 8 equal portions.
  • Serve hot
