Preheat oven to 400 °F
Toast all 4 slices of the keto bread.
In a food processor, pulse the keto toast into bread crumbs.
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, onion, eggs,sugar free ketchup, prepared mustard, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and mix well.
Press into a loaf pan and smooth out the top.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the sauce ingredients.
Spread the sauce evenly over the top.
Bake in oven for approximately 45 minutes.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven.
Allow to sit for 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
Remove the meatloaf from the pan, onto a cutting board.
Slice into 8 equal portions.
Serve hot
