Instructions
Crust
Preheat oven to 375F
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the K.A. Flour, Almond Flour and the sweetener together.
Add the melted butter and mix well
Press the crust into the bottom of an 8 inch square baking dish.
Bake in the center of the oven for 8-10 minutes,
Filling
Peel, core and chop apples and add them to a medium sized mixing bowl.
Sprinkle with the lemon juice and stir the apples.
Mix in the sweetener, cinnamon, gelatin powder, salt and the flour and stir well.
Spread the mixture over the crust.
Crumble Topping
Pour the Keto Granola into a blender or food processor and pulse to break up the cereal into smaller pieces.
Pour the granola, rolled oats, almond flour, sweetener and cinnamon and mix well.
Add the melted butter and Walden Farms syrup and mix until you have a wet crumble.
Spread evenly over the top of the apple mixture.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the top is golden and you can see apple filling bubbling around the edge.
