Equipment

  • Silicone Rocket Popsicle Moulds with sticks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Jordan's Skinny Cherry Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Jordan's Skinny Mermaid Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Jordan's Skinny Coconut Syrup
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened Plain Yogurt

Instructions

  • In a mixing cup or bowl, add the cherry syrup and one tablespoon of the plain yogurt.
  • Using an immersion blender (or other small mixer), mix well.
  • Divide the mixture between the silicone moulds.
  • Add the silicone cover to the mould and insert the sticks, taking care to get the stick all the way into the mould.
  • Freeze for at least one hour and then remove the silicone cover. (the bottom layer should be frozen and sticks firmly in the center.
  • Mix the coconut syrup with one tablespoon of the plain yogurt, in the same manner as the cherry layer.
  • Divide the coconut mixture between the moulds and freeze. (There is no need to add the silicone cover, now that the sticks are set.
  • Freeze again until firm.
  • Once firm, repeat the steps with the blue mermaid syrup and yogurt.
  • Freeze u til solid and then gently push the bomb pops out of the moulds.
  • Store in the freezer in a Ziploc snack sized bags or wrapped in plastic wrap in an airtight container.
