Preheat oven to 375 °F
Mix Walden Farms Syrup and Swerve together in a small mixing bowl.
On a parchment lined baking tray, lay the bacon out flat.
Brush one side of the bacon with the syrup mixture.
Wrap a slice of bacon around a wooden skewer. The brushed side of the bacon should be facing inward against the skewer.
Brush the outside of the bacon wrapped skewer with the syrup mixture.
Repeat with the remaining slices of bacon and lay them in the parchment lined baking tray about 1 inch apart.
Bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and brush both sides of each skewer with more sauce and then return the tray to the oven.
Turn the skewers and continue baking for another 20 minutes or until crispy.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
**If the bacon is extra greasy, place each skewer over a cooling rack and allow the grease to drip off. (place tray under the rack)
