In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate.
Add the coconut half at a time, stirring to make sure the cococnut is well coated.
Scoop the mixture into 8 mounds on a parchment lined tray.
Using your fingers, form a nest shape.
Press 2 sugar free candy eggs into the center of each nest.
Chill for 2 hours, to allow chocolate and coconut to set.
