  • Preheat oven to 375 °F
  • Sift the flour into a mixing bowl.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and both brans and whisk together.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and egg white one at a time mixing well until creamy.
  • Beat in the sweetener znd sugar free honeyand mix well.
  • Add the dry mix a couple of scoops at a time, alternating with the milk.
  • If you need extra moisture, add another tablespoon of milk or another egg white.
  • Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners.
  • Divide the batter between the 12 muffin liners.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. (check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into a muffin. When the toothpick comes out clean, they are done.
  • For extra honey flavor drizzle or brush a small amount of warm sugar free honey on top of the muffins.
