Preheat oven to 375 °F
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl.
In a mixing bowl, add the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and both brans and whisk together.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter until smooth.
Add the eggs and egg white one at a time mixing well until creamy.
Beat in the sweetener znd sugar free honeyand mix well.
Add the dry mix a couple of scoops at a time, alternating with the milk.
If you need extra moisture, add another tablespoon of milk or another egg white.
Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners.
Divide the batter between the 12 muffin liners.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. (check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into a muffin. When the toothpick comes out clean, they are done.
For extra honey flavor drizzle or brush a small amount of warm sugar free honey on top of the muffins.
