Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Strawberries -- fresh whole
  • 2 packets Crystal Light Lemonade Powder
  • 1/4 cup Cold water
  • 1 tsp Splenda Stevia- Liquid
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest - Optional

Instructions

  • In a food processor, or a smoothie maker, process the strawberries until very smooth, and there are nd no lumps.
  • Add the water, Crystal Light lemonade powder, sweetener, and lemon zest (if desired) and continue blending until well mixed
  • Divide the mixture between six popsicle moulds and place in the freezer.
  • Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  • Unmould and serve.
