  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. (about 1 minutes)
  • Add the sweetener and vanilla and mix on medium speed until well mixed.
  • Add the flour a scoop at a time and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped zero-sugar Oreos and mix until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Cover and refrigerate the dough for about 45 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • On a parchment lined baking sheet, drop dough about 2 inches apart, using a cookie scoop.
  • Press each cookie down. (they don't spread much)
  • Bake in the middle rack of the oven for approximately 10 - 12 minutes or until the edges turn golden.
  • Allow the cookies to cool for a couple of minutes and then transfer them to a wire cooling rack.

Sugar Alcohols are present in this recipe. =  1.5g per cookie
