Ingredients

Cream Cheese
(Room temperature)

Splenda Granulated Sweetener

Vanilla Extract

King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour

Zero Sugar Oreo Cookies
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. (about 1 minutes)
Add the sweetener and vanilla and mix on medium speed until well mixed.
Add the flour a scoop at a time and mix until well combined.
Fold in the chopped zero-sugar Oreos and mix until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Cover and refrigerate the dough for about 45 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
On a parchment lined baking sheet, drop dough about 2 inches apart, using a cookie scoop.
Press each cookie down. (they don't spread much)
Bake in the middle rack of the oven for approximately 10 - 12 minutes or until the edges turn golden.
Allow the cookies to cool for a couple of minutes and then transfer them to a wire cooling rack.
Notes
