Make sure that all jars are cleaned and steralized before adding jam.
Place chopped peaches into a medium saucepan.
Using a potato masher lightly mash the peaches. Just enough to break down the chunks.
Stir in the Jordan's Skinny Peach Syrup and lemon juice
Sprinkle the sugar free pectin over the peach mixture and stir well.
Bring the mixture to a boil and allow to boil for about 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the heat.
Sprinkle the sweetener over the peaches and stir well.
Allow the mixture to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
Pour into prepared jar, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top of the jar.
Allow the jars to cool before placing them into the freezer.
Store frozen for up to 6 months in the freezer.

One serving = 2 tbsp (approximately).
