  • Make sure that all jars are cleaned and steralized before adding jam.
  • Place chopped peaches into a medium saucepan.
  • Using a potato masher lightly mash the peaches. Just enough to break down the chunks.
  • Stir in the Jordan's Skinny Peach Syrup and lemon juice
  • Sprinkle the sugar free pectin over the peach mixture and stir well.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and allow to boil for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Sprinkle the sweetener over the peaches and stir well.
  • Allow the mixture to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Pour into prepared jar, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top of the jar.
  • Allow the jars to cool before placing them into the freezer.
  • Store frozen for up to 6 months in the freezer.

Notes

One serving = 2 tbsp (approximately).
