Instructions

  • Freeze the freezer bowl according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Whisk cold cream, cold half and half, Vanilla, and pudding mix together in a bowl.
  • Assemble and start the ice cream maker.
  • While churning, pour in the cold mixture.
  • Churn for approximately 20 minutes and then add the pistachios.
  • Churn for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve as soft serve or freeze for 20-30 minutes for scoopable ice cream.
