Roasted and Salted Pistachios - chopped

Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mix
Instructions
Freeze the freezer bowl according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Whisk cold cream, cold half and half, Vanilla, and pudding mix together in a bowl.
Assemble and start the ice cream maker.
While churning, pour in the cold mixture.
Churn for approximately 20 minutes and then add the pistachios.
Churn for another 5 minutes.
Serve as soft serve or freeze for 20-30 minutes for scoopable ice cream.
