Pulse the sweetener and cornstarch together in a food processor prior to starting.
Combine the sweetener mix and meringue powder in a small mixing bowl.
Add one tbsp of warm water and mix with an electric mixer.
Add the remaining tbsp of water as needed, until you reach the desired consistency.
Use with a piping bag or spread with an offset cake spatula.
