Freeze the freezer bowl of your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Combine half and half, vanillin powder, salt and sweetener in a mixing bowl and whisk until the sweetener is dissolved.
Mix in the remaining ingredients and whisk.
Chill covered for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Place the freezer bowl into the ice cream maker machine and insert the mixing paddle.
Turn the machine on and pour into the freezer bowl.
Churn for about 30 minutes or until the ice cream had a creamy thick consistency.
Scoop and serve.
* For a harder consistency, scoop into an ice cream container and freeze for up to 2 hours. *
