Ingredients

Turkey broth (see instructions to make homemade)

turkey meat - chopped

green beans - chopped

Shirataki Rice
½
cup
Celery - chopped
½
cup
onion - chopped

Clove
Garlic - Minced

tsp
Salt

Ground black pepper

Thyme - chopped
Instructions
Using a sieve, strain and rinse the Shirataki rice. (very important)
In a dutch oven or stock pot, combine all ingredients, cover and bring to a rolling boil.
Boil for approximately 15 minutes and then reduce to a simmer.
Simmer, covered for an additional 20 to 30 minutes.
Allow the soup to sit for 1 hour with the lid on. Do not open the lid.
Reheat and then allow to cool slightly and serve.
