Ingredients

Low Carb Bread - cubed
(1 low carb loaf approx)

Celery - chopped

Onion - Chopped

Carrot - Shredded

Poultry Seasoning

Chicken Broth
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saute pan.
Add the shredded carrot, onion and celery and cook until tender (not brown)
Remove the pan from the heat and add the poultry seasoning, salt and pepper, and mix well.
In a large mixing bowl, add the bread cubes.
Sir in the cooked vegetable mixture and stir well.
Drizzle with the chicken broth to moisten and toss lightly.
Stuff one 10-12 pound turkey.
Notes
One Low Carb Loaf yields approximately 8 to 10 cups of cubed bread.
This recipe makes enough stuffing for a 10-12 pound turkey.
