  • In a large skillet, fry the bacon until it is crispy.
  • Remove the bacon and chop into small pieces and set aside. (do not drain bacon grease)
  • Add the minced garlic to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the Brussel Sprouts and saute, stirring every couple of minutes.
  • When the Brussel Sprouts are just starting to soften up (approx 15 minutes ) add the chopped bacon.
  • Stir the bacon briefly and add the Walden Farms syrup while stirring.
  • Stir until the sprouts are well coated with the syrup and then remove from the heat.
  • Serve Hot.
