Ingredients

Baby Brussel Sprouts.
2
slices
Canadian Bacon - thick sliced
1
tsp
Minced Garlic
⅓
cup
Walden Farms Maple Walnut Syrup
pinch
Salt
Instructions
In a large skillet, fry the bacon until it is crispy.
Remove the bacon and chop into small pieces and set aside. (do not drain bacon grease)
Add the minced garlic to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes.
Add the Brussel Sprouts and saute, stirring every couple of minutes.
When the Brussel Sprouts are just starting to soften up (approx 15 minutes ) add the chopped bacon.
Stir the bacon briefly and add the Walden Farms syrup while stirring.
Stir until the sprouts are well coated with the syrup and then remove from the heat.
Serve Hot.
