- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1/2 cup powdered Stevia or Splenda
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
Add all ingredients into a medium-sized saucepan.
Over medium-high heat bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer until all pieces are soft and turned into sauce.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
