  • In a mixing bowl add the cold milk and pudding powder.
  • Beat at high speed for about 2 minutes until the pudding is thickening.
  • Add green food colouring if you want a brighter green colour.
  • Place in the refrigerator and allow the pudding to set up and thicken.
  • Once thickened, add some fruit caviar to the mixture. (save about half to use when adding to the dishes)
  • Add some caviar to each dessert dish, placing them around the bottom edge against the glass.
  • Divide the pudding between the bowls.
  • Top each pudding with the remaining fruit caviar.
  • Serve.
