Ingredients

Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding
2
cups
Skim Milk (Cold)

Sugar Free Fruit Caviar
Food Colouring (optional)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add the cold milk and pudding powder.
Beat at high speed for about 2 minutes until the pudding is thickening.
Add green food colouring if you want a brighter green colour.
Place in the refrigerator and allow the pudding to set up and thicken.
Once thickened, add some fruit caviar to the mixture. (save about half to use when adding to the dishes)
Add some caviar to each dessert dish, placing them around the bottom edge against the glass.
Divide the pudding between the bowls.
Top each pudding with the remaining fruit caviar.
Serve.
