These amazing Sugar Free Oreo Cheesecake Cookies are soft, scrumptious and filled with zero sugar Oreos. These cookies are perfect year-round, but are impressive when sharing with others.
Regular Oreo Cheesecake Cookies can have up to 30 grams of carbs per cookie! Thats huge, but turning the recipe into a diabetic friendly, low-carb version allows diabetics to enjoy these tasty treats too, with just 5 grams of net carbs per cookie.

- Cream Cheese (4 oz) – Full-fat gives the best results
- Butter – Softened (3/4 cup)
- Vanilla Extract
- Splenda Granulated Sweetener
- King Arthur Keto Wheat flour
- Zero Sugar Oreo Cookies
How to Make Sugar Free Oreo Cheesecake Cookies
Make sure that the butter and the cream cheese are both at room temperature. This helps to create a creamy batter.

Sift the King Arthur Keto Flour at least once before starting. sn set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer. and beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the butter and continue beating.
Add the Vanilla exrtract and the sweetener and continue mixing.
Chop the zero-sugar Oreos into large chunks and set aside.

Add the flour and mix, just until combined.
Fold in the Oreo pieces and mix until well distributed.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to chill. It should be firm.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Remove from the refrigerator and roll into 24 equal-sized balls, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Lightly press them down, as they don’t spread much while baking.

Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 12-15 minutes. The cookies should be golden brown on the bottom and just turning golden around the edges.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them sit to firm up for a couple of minutes before placing them onto a wire cooling rack to cool.


Sugar Free Oreo Cheeceake Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Room temperature)
- 3/4 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Splenda Granulated Sweetener
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour
- 12 Zero Sugar Oreo Cookies
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. (about 1 minutes)
- Add the sweetener and vanilla and mix on medium speed until well mixed.
- Add the flour a scoop at a time and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped zero-sugar Oreos and mix until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Cover and refrigerate the dough for about 45 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
- On a parchment lined baking sheet, drop dough about 2 inches apart, using a cookie scoop.
- Press each cookie down. (they don't spread much)
- Bake in the middle rack of the oven for approximately 10 – 12 minutes or until the edges turn golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool for a couple of minutes and then transfer them to a wire cooling rack.

Tips for Success
Before Baking
When pressing the dough down, try to avoid crushing the Oreos. Breaking them up too much can make the dough go brown.
These cookies do not spread alot so make sure you press them down before baking.
