These easy Low Carb Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles are not only sugar-free but have amazing flavour.. This easy recipe uses fresh strawberries to create a delicious frozen snack that both kids and adults will love. Plus, they’re super simple to make and a fun way to use up summer berries!

- Crystal Light Lemonade Powder Packets
- Lemon Zest – Optiopnal
- Splenda -Stevia Liquid Sweetener (optional – to taste)

How to Make Low Carb Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles
Blend the fruit: Add strawberries into a blender or smoothie maker and pulse until smooth.
Add Crystal Light Lemonade powder, water, and sweetener(if desired) to the strawberries. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed. For a tangier flavour, add lemon zest.
Pour and freeze: Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
Unmould and Enjoy: if using silicone moulds, just push up from the bottom. If using plastic or metal moulds, allow them to sit a room temperature for a few minutes and release the popsicles.

- 2 1/2 cups Strawberries — fresh whole
- 2 packets Crystal Light Lemonade Powder
- 1/4 cup Cold water
- 1 tsp Splenda Stevia- Liquid
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest – Optional
Instructions
- In a food processor, or a smoothie maker, process the strawberries until very smooth, and there are nd no lumps.
- Add the water, Crystal Light lemonade powder, sweetener, and lemon zest (if desired) and continue blending until well mixed
- Divide the mixture between six popsicle moulds and place in the freezer.
- Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
- Unmould and serve.
